B & H Care is an independent care agency based in Ipswich, but covering all of East Anglia. We deliver a wide range of health care support staff who can provide care services for a diverse range of service users. We offer highly skilled and professional care staff so that our service users achieve optimum state of health and well-being through a team that is carefully selected and trained. Our team focuses on providing care that is crafted in partnership with our clients and relevant organisations to ensure a truly bespoke level of personal care.
We offer trained healthcare support staff who deliver compassionate care to clients in their homes, in care homes, assisted living, hospital settings and in the community. We can provide health care support staff to offer support for any period of time from as little as one hour to 24- hour live-in care. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Crucial to these is our conviction that the rights of service users are supreme and their desires and hopes should inform and determine service delivery. Therefore, our mission is based on the conviction that our clients deserve to be treated in exactly same way we would like to be treated. We understand that all service users or those closest to them can control the services they receive.
