Our person centred health care staff can provide a range of services including domestic support, social support, medication support, companionship, mobility assistance, bespoke care services one on one care. Additional services include provision of basic housekeeping services, oral hygiene and denture care, mobility support, call in services, home help, incontinence management, on the whole services that improve the physical, mental and emotional well- being of our clients.

We are committed to ensuring that:

  • All complaints are taken seriously and we will act fairly and impartially to resolve them and rectify each complaint.

  • We welcome impartial third parties in complaint procedures should the complainant wish.
  • Complaints may be taken to the authorities where service users or their representative are unhappy with feedback given following a complaint. Users can contact regulatory authorities or CQC.

Care for the Elderly

We assist seniors who want to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. We provide care help them maintain some independence where possible and where desirable deliver essential companionship, personal and social care. Our care plan helps us create activities and encourage mental interaction so they live a more fulfilling life.

Post-surgery care and support

Our experienced carers can provide post-surgery care allowing a client to transition seamlessly from the operation to their home as safely as possible. We also assist clients who have had an extended stay in hospital.

Short term & Respite care

We are cognisant of the pressures of taking care of a loved one who may need permanent support. We are aware that this can be tiring and demanding at times. We offer carers who will provide respite service that will give you a temporary break to let you reboot and take a little time off from caring.

General/Mental Nursing

Specialist, Palliative and dementia care

Our carers and health care support staff provide palliative and dementia during what we know are usually difficult times for an individual and their families. We work closely with the family and other health care professionals to deliver a bespoke service providing care services routine tasks, respite cover and companionship. Dementia is a difficult condition and requires specialist care for what can be an as stressful time for a family and the client. Our experienced healthcare professionals can provide round the clock care and held develop activities and routines for the client ensuring better care and peace of mind for the family and the individual.

Client Companionship

We understand loneliness and we know even your home can at times be a lonely space. We can provide in-home companionship for a period of time that suites our clients be it a few hours or as a live in carer. Our service can be particularly critical for seniors or clients who are recuperating from a hospital stay and are not yet able to perform some task on their own. we can help you get back on your feet in a manner tailored to your needs.

Therapeutic Activities:

B & H Care promotes the maintenance of normal social network and social activities of service users. The Service users support plan includes a facility for recording life history, social networks, contacts, and preferences for activities/hobbies in order that the service user is offered access to those networks and activities which are appropriate and desired.

Making a Complaint or commending our work:

At B & H Care our belief is that complaints or grievances or compliments are an important pointer to the quality of B & H care service and offer a chance to improve quality of service. We guarantee all service users that no individual will be victimised for alerting us to a complaint, we encourage any service user to initiate complaints procedures when they feel that is necessary. We believe that any issue that offends or disturbs a service user should always be recorded, reported and resolved. This will assist us improve our service offering.
